Torri Ann Woodruff

Torri Ann is in her third year of the Ph.D. program at UCONN.  She completed her masters degree in Hearing, Speech and Language Sciences at Gallaudet University.  Her research interests are the management of hearing loss with a focus on family centered interventions.  She was an ASHA SPARC (Students Preparing for Academic and Research Careers) Award recipient. She was a fellow in the UCONN LEND (Leadership and Education for Neurodevelopmental Disorders). Torri Ann was awarded a Certificate of Interdisciplinary Disability Studies in Public Health (Disability Certificate). Presently Torri Ann is investigating implementation of family centered practices in the EDHI system.
